progressive dark goticki bend, ili horror ambiental music... sastoji se samo od jedne osobe, Anna-Varney Cantodea.... muzika je bogata instrumentima, zvona, trube, flaute, klaviri, gitara, banjo, bubnjevi, sve u dark gothik stilu... muzika pristaje stilu filmova tima burtona... ja ga smatram najboljim u svojoj vrsti muzike... a i nema puno ljudi sto rade ovakvu glazbu...pa sam zato i zahvalan ljudima koji su mi ga otkrili... eto da i podjelim sa vama, tko voli nek slusa.. evo cak i pjesme ako ce te direktno poslusati..a ostale potreazite na torrentima... preporucavam album "Songs From The Inverted Womb (2000)"... Obo~avam ih imam svih 16 albuma i sve ato je ikad napravio sve spotove baa sve meni najsavraenija glazba koja postoji Nisam znao da je ovdje neko uo za njih, presavraeno.

`to se ti e ~anra to ti je Darkwave s dosta elemenata folka ali to je openito dosta airok ~anr a i sopori su jedinstveni Ova pjesma the conqueror worm ti je od E.A. Poe-a pjesma ima ih tak viape njegovih ato je uglazbio npe. alone Fali mi samo sa "like a corpse standing in desperation" tri pjesme i to oni neobjavljeni demoi a to nema aanse nigdje nai Ovaj novi les fleurs du mal mi se nesvia previae mi je povuko na tu svoju transeksualnost u tom albumu a i nije mi glazbeno nekako ne le~i mi E da znam svirati na gitari flautu iz shadowsphere skoro cijelu jedino ima jedan te~i dio di trebam na 23 polju svirat a to je tak zeznuto jer je prokleto malo polje i znam bas iz drugoga dijela te pjesme

o pa vidi ti to..nisam ni ja ocekivao da ce itko znati... da tocno, napravio je muziku za stihove edgar allan poe-a... jos jednu odlicnu od e.a.poea zove se "The Sleeper"..11 predobrih minuti... sve u svemu da koliko god je opsiran sa svojom glazbom toliko mu je i glazba prepoznatljiva...ima svoj ambient koji je uvijek tu na svakom albumu... ja sam do dan danas ostao na samo jednom albumu("Songs From The Inverted Womb (2000)") i jos nekoliko singla uz to... ostale albume znam poslusati i uvik otkrijem neku novu ludilo pjesmu.. ali se uvijek vratim na vec spomenuti album...

Ja sam taj najviae sluao kad sam ih po eo sluaati prije jedno dvije godine mal manje a onda sam preao na ove viae ato na folk vuku a sad sluaam sve osim les fleurs du mal jer mi se taj ne svia Jesi uo njihovu obradu paranoida i "a national" acrobat od Black Sabbatha predobre su obje I onaj njegov projekt Nenia C'alladhan mi je predobar to je s nekom ~enskom ardio

ah da, nenia calladhan, imam taj album...veselija glazba...svejedno je super..pogotovo pjesma "Sternblumennacht" od 11 minuti... pjesme su cijele magicne... onako medival nekako...flaute, trube, i lute... sve u svemu ugodna glazba, samo mi ovaj kristalni glas Niene ne ide uz njemacki jezik... npr. da pjeva na Finskom, ili cak Svedskom, puno bi mi ugodnije i ljepse zvucalo... al eto detalji detalji :P al te prerade black sabbatha nisam cuo...bas ih idem pokusat pronaci... :)

ah da...pa to imam..album "Jekura - Deep The Eternal Forest"... ovu sam slusao dok sam bio u vojsci :) hehe..tocno se sjecam Tabor C'alan O'itana.... nisam znao da je prerada... na tom albumu ima i ona cudna pjesma "Ecoterrorist"...jedan put me probudila kad mi se vrtilo na cd-u pjesme od Sopora... uzas...nocna mora...

Evo izdala nam Anna Varney joa jedan album i to uglavnom s instrumentalima i obradama les fleurs du mal-a ono ovaj album mi nije neat ali nije ni loa Neznam ata je s tim soporima atk mi se nesviaju ti noviji albumi, na les fleurs du mal je totalno se promijenio i lirski totalno mi nekako usro sve uglavnom evo album http://rapidshare.com/files/113785182/Sopor_Aeternus.rar

After their brilliant album ╗Les Fleurs du Mal½ SOPOR AETERNUS & THE ENSEMBLE OF SHADOWS are now returning to complete their curious study with this equally emotional sister/release ╗SANATORIUM ALTROSA û Musical Therapy for spiritual Dysfunction½. Let us carefully open the beautifully designed pages of the strange brochure of this ╗SANATORIUM ALTROSA½ now, and risk a brief look at the wonderful music we are being offered here: First up we have an instrumental version of ╗Consider this: the true meaning of Love½, a rather powerful neo-classical track with heavy, almost Germanic sounding military drums and energetic strings sections, that finds its resolution in the arrival of a funeral procession. This most skillful introduction is followed by ╗Architecture II½, a track somewhat reminiscent of early DEAD CAN DANCE (but with a lyrical content way beyond what Brendan and Lisa ever dared to offer). The old crow of ANNA-VARNEY CANTODEAÆs versatile voice is floating in rivers of reverberation, accompanied by the omnipresent ensemble of brass, strings, woodwinds and drums, and an all male choir, that (to the end of the song) is hilariously chanting away on the phenomenon of unexpected orgasms brought on by the sexual powers of a certain (yet unnamed) characterÆs dark charisma. The third track is a remix of ╗Shave, if you love me½, followed by an instrumental edit of ╗La Mort dæArthur½, the former being actually quite different from the album-version, and the latter turns out to be weirdly joyful, even without the innocent choir-boys in it. Track number five is the original version of ╗Consider this½, this time with AVCÆs screaming vocals on top of it, supported by forceful drum-parts, fragile Asian instruments and lots of electronica. With the instrumental piece ╗The Conqueror Worm II½ we reach the centre of ╗SANATORIUM ALTROSA½, a track that might best be described as a classical, string-based celebration of death and decay in all its glory. Definitely one of the many highlights of this most peculiar release. The warmth and enchanting beauty of the instrumental version of ╗In der PalΣstra½ bridges the abyss to the sheer terror of ╗Collision û you may lie on your back, if you want to ... even close your eyes to sleep½. This monster of a title is also a true monster of a track, evoking a rather sudden change of atmosphere. In fact, it is such a contrast to the previous track(s) that it comes as quite a shock to the unexpecting listener. The music is now extremely dark and unsettling, with more than a touch of insanity woven into it, forcing us to witness the wretched spectre of shame and homoerotic necrophila returning from the ancient vaults. This track is certainly ôback to the rootsö à and even far beyond! The following instrumental edit of ╗Les Fleurs du Mal½ is therefore a most welcome relief from all this horror, literally feels like a stroll through the high grass of a lovely meadow on a warm summerÆs evening. The likewise instrumental treat of ╗Bitter Sweet½ is both poetic and wild, a pendulum swinging to and fro beween the sweet softness of a gentle harp and the frantic sound of a high-pitched violin combined with powerful rock-drums. Completing the magick circle is another version of the marvellously orchestrated ╗Consider this: the true meaning of Love½. Here ANNA-VARNEY is basically screaming her lungs out in this most painful lamentation, a heartfelt plea for medically assisted suicide, the universal human right for euthanesia. The dramatic choirs accompany her cries of agony and frustration, as she fiercely gives the illusion of any romantic Love a damn hard slap in the sometimes all too rosy face! -- And with the sombre toll of the funeral bell à all comes to a quiet end.
