I've recently gotten through a huge problem of having panic attacks while high so I know exactly what you're talking about. You got really high (probably the first time in a while) and when you layed down you were able to physically feel your heartbeat alot clearer. It's usually a scary feeling while high because pot does increase your heart rate. Once you noticed it your mind became physically aware of it and your body reacted in fear, and then it escalated from that point on. The more you pay attention to it the worse it gets. Whats happening is that your body is reacting to what it thinks is a life threatning situation. (picture what your heart and nervous system would do if you were being chased by a wolf) At that moment in time your body is just as scared about the increased heart rate as it would be about the wolf, even though it has no real reason too. This is what causes the nervous shaking and trembling. My advice is DO NOT be afraid to smoke anymore because if you develop a fear of smoking, every time you get high you will go into it with such apprehension that it will cause a panic attack every time (this is what happened to me). When I smoke now I just remember that nobody in the history of time has ever died from smoking pot, and if my heart starts beating rapidly or abnormally I just let it happen and sort of turn it into a positive feeling. Deep breathing with your abdominal muscles is also a very good exersize to calm the heart.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Ali opet brate pa ne mogu se pusiti jointi neke dobre marihuane. Ja licno ne volim se preduvavat. Neki ljudi vole ja ne. Cak volim veoma male doze kao mozda sto te kafa udari ujutro ono probudi tako malo na neku malu lulu uzmem samo jedan dimic i osjecam se opusteno a nisam preduvan. Takodje nisam veliki ljubitelj ovih novih trava. Mnogo su jake i ako se ne znas kontrolisat pusices mnogo vise posto je super i mnogo ces usporiti svoj organizam. Na neku ruku predozirat ces od THC-a. Zaglupljivanje sa velikim podocnjacima. Ti se ljudi lako raspoznaju na ulici ili bilo dje, sto moze ugroziti dosta u stvari zivotu. </p><p></p><p>Mrzim taj osjecaj pre naduvanosti i to kad traje danima.
